Best applied after showering, but as nurses we apply them ALL. THE. TIME. A little goes a long way, so you can apply it sparingly. Due to the thick butters we use to craft these products, it will take 2-3 minutes to be fully absorbed (the initial slippery feeling will go away, we promise!).
